The Views Component is a helpful tool if you need to show a list of content all in one place.  Views have been created that will grab such things as all Biography Press Contacts, or the 10 latest News items.  These will auto update based on any content changes you make.

Once you have added your new Section, and chosen "Add View" from the dropdown menu, you will be brought to the following form. 

Please note that if you are adding, for instance, the most recent news items to a page it will automatically format into two columns of 5 articles.

Add your title to the View and then choose from the following list which View you want to display:

• Biography Press Contact List - This returns the most recent list of Biography pages that have been indicated as a "Press Contact".
• Latest Podcast - This View returns the 10 most recent podcasts by broadcast date.
• Content Authored On & By List - This view shows the date the content was Authored On and the Author(s) inline.  Though this was created for News Content Type pages, it can be used anywhere.
• News Item Recent by Category - Choosing this View will provide the last 10 News articles of a category, formatted to two columns of five articles.
• News Item Recent by Category with Pager - This View provides the same as above, but provides a pager so you can flip to the next 10 articles.
• News Item Archive by Category - This View shows 100 per page and a full pager, grouped by year.
• News Item Cards by Category with Pager - This will show a grid of news pages with a category filter.

The Category drop down allows you to specify the type of News article you want to display on a page.  These News categories are added as a Taxonomy.  If you add a News Category taxonomy, these will be tagged in the "Edit Details" tab on any News Content page.
