Mary Elizabeth (Beth) Hoerle

Chief Human Resources Officer for the Americas  

Beth Hoerle has more than 30 years of experience as a human resources leader. As Chief Human Resources Officer for MUFG Americas, she is responsible for HR strategy and operations in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. 

Ms. Hoerle oversees the HR Business Partners and all HR Centers of Excellence, which include DEI, Culture, and Philanthropy; Performance & Rewards; Talent Acquisition; Talent Development & Learning; Employee Relations; HR Shared Services; HR Business Management; and Corporate Communications. 

Since joining MUFG in 2006, Ms. Hoerle has led and supported many of the company’s HR programs and initiatives. She has also supported the business through expansion and transformation. Previously, she served as Managing Director, HR for the Americas, and held leadership positions at J.P. Morgan Chase. Ms. Hoerle holds an MBA from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University.

In October 2023, Ms. Hoerle joined the New York City Regional Advisory Board for iMentor, an organization whose mission is to foster mentoring relationships that empower students from marginalized communities to succeed in high school, college, and their careers.
