Community, Opportunity, Representation and Effectiveness (CORE)
CORE takes a holistic approach to creating an inclusive environment that benefits everyone - our employees, our clients, our communities, and our business. CORE allows us to create an environment where top talent from all backgrounds feel a sense of belonging, has access to meaningful growth, and contributes to something greater. It is how we attract the best and bring out their best. Our Business Unit CORE Councils and Employee Resource Networks (ERNs) are integral to our inclusion strategy.
Business Unit CORE Councils
Our Business Unit CORE Councils are groups of employees who help advance inclusion providing mentoring, networking, professional development and opportunities to give back to the community. These teams collaborate through measurable actions aligned to business goals that enhance MUFG’s employee experience and community stewardship.
Employee Resource Networks (ERNs)
Open to all employees, our ERNs deepen inclusion and create space for colleagues from all backgrounds to engage meaningfully. ERN leaders and members voluntarily come together to host events and activities as well as provide resources to enhance the employee experience.
