The site provides a simple tool for blocking problematic ip addresses from accessing the site. To access the blocking table go to the Configuration > People > IP address ban page. This tool is completely manual so it does not do any automated, rate limited blocking. It also only supports IPv4 and not IPv6. You can block IP addresses by;
- Paste or type the full IPv4 address in the IP Address field.
- Click the Add button.
The address will then be added to the table. When a system from that IP address tries to access the site Drupal will check this table, and if the address exists it will deny access.
